We also establish the budget and conditions at this stage to ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration. Based on this, we develop a tailored strategy concept, outlining the approach for Attention-Grabbing, Edutainment, and Branding Content.

After defining the project direction, we move into concept development. This includes brainstorming creative ideas, planning key themes, formats, and creating a detailed production plan. We present the concepts to the client for feedback and finalize the plan based on their input. Once approved, we move to pre-production, handling tasks like location scouting, talent selection, and finalizing the storyline, with all details agreed upon with the client.

The production phase involves capturing all the necessary footage to bring the project to life. Depending on the location, environment, and your needs, we utilize a variety of equipment to ensure the highest quality results. This includes filming, photography, and content creation, tailored to the specific project requirements.

Once all the footage is captured, we move into post-production. Depending on the content it includes editing, color grading, sound design, and adding any necessary graphic elements.

For videos: We typically offer two rounds of revisions. The first version for initial feedback, followed by a second version with adjustments based on your input. At the end of the process, you receives the polished final video (V3), ready for distribution. This ensures that the final result meets your expectations and vision.

Once the production is finalized, we provide the Content in 4K resolution and platform-specific versions (e.g., 1080p, 9x16 for Instagram) via a secure download link or an online gallery. The content is then ready to be published across social media, websites, and ads. Once all deliverables are provided, we work together on social media campaigns to maximize the content's impact, depending on the project. We’ll guide the client on how to post and promote the campaign effectively, including tips on timing, hashtags, and audience targeting to boost reach and engagement.

After the content has been live for a while, we create a comprehensive report highlighting key results and insights, comparing them with the initial project goals. A feedback session is then held with the client to discuss performance and gather input.

Based on the feedback, we provide optimization suggestions, such as content adjustments or changes in distribution strategy, ensuring continued success.
